The new Sinnis Buccaneer 250 is a good-looking machine, about to set the café racer scene on fire when it hits the shops in the autumn. We'll get the bike in for a test as soon as it's ready, but in the meantime, here's a few details that are available already.
Coming a little later in 2016, the Sinnis Buccaneer 250 features a V-Twin engine, Thruxton exhaust system and top of the range EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system.
The Buccaneer is a 250cc V-Twin that Sinnis says will purr like a tiger through the rev range, and never fails to make people stop and stare. Its retro looks, dual sport tyres, electronic fuel gauge and design cues from the Cafe racer and Scrambler stable, make this the connoisseur bike of choice for the coming season.
This is the next phase in motorcycle engineering, and is already ahead of new regulations set to affect the new motorcycle market in 2017. The Sinnis Buccaneer 250 is the result of months of planning and tweaking, and is a collaboration between Sinnis Motorcycles and Italjet.
The Buccaneer 250 is named ater the famous ltaljet Buccaneer 125cc of the 70's which attained many wins in the Italian Junior series. Sinnis are currently rigorously testing the machine in all conditions, and it should be available in showrooms around August 2016. RRP for the model will be around £2750 plus OTR charges.Labels: News Info, Sinnis
